I wonder if there is a way to do this and make it feel like the process of building background knowledge is a special agent mission...? Maybe they receive a virtual case file, clues, etc.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea of teacher control over the parsing of techbook! especially being in Oklahoma where we jump back and forth for many of our classes due to the different standards we use
